Data Analytics - Subject Matter Expert

Work Set-Up:
Night or Graveyard Shift in McKinley Hill, Taguig

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Visualization: This includes creating visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to help understand trends, patterns, and insights using Excel.
  • Predict future outcomes based on historical data. It includes benchmarking, trend indicators, and real-time data forecasting
  • Real-time Data Processing: This involves analyzing data as it is generated to provide immediate insights and actions
  • Exploratory data analysis: This refers to the process of creating and analyzing reports on the fly to answer specific business questions
  • providing expert-level guidance and strategic insights in data analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Lead analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and validate data outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare statistics, KPI and trend reports for use in the problem management process. Identify problems through the review and focus on optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine operating processes and procedures to deliver and restore service more efficiently.
  • Develop trend analysis and prepare service improvement plans to address identified gaps.
  • Ability to run effective meetings through creating concise agendas, establishing meeting purpose, facilitating conversation through questions and exhibiting good listening skills. Knowing how to read the room.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5+ years working experience as Data Analytics SME
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and Power BI reporting tools is required.
  • Advanced Excel Skills
    , work experience in Word, PowerPoint, MS-Visio, and Copilot
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge about KPI & CSL related to IT Helpdesk.
  • Basic knowledge of IT architecture, including hardware, network, applications, and collaboration services.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer's experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Able to translate complex issues in an understandable, organized way
  • Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High degree of organizational skills
