We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for formatting, importing, validating, and mapping salary survey and HR-related data into internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proficient in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel.

You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, conducting quality reviews, and supporting system testing. The position also involves collaboration with global teams and clients, providing data insights and ongoing technical support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Format, import, and map survey and compensation data files into the database.
  • Review and edit client data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Generate data discrepancy and validation reports.
  • Perform data calculations and assist in data analysis.
  • Provide technical support and assist users in troubleshooting system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify process improvements.
  • Participate in testing and continuous enhancement of systems and tools.
  • Manage project deliverables in coordination with the Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Effective communication skills (intermediate to advanced level).

  • Ability to:

  • Handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
  • Demonstrate strong client focus and proactive problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with HR or compensation data processes is an advantage.
  • Open to any work shift (depending on project/client location).
