Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Key Responsibilities:

· Existing Customer Maintenance & Internal Sales

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and promote repeat sales as well as long-term cooperation.

Conduct regular follow-ups, proactively identify issues and provide effective solutions.

· Order Processing & Operations

Accurately handle customer orders and ensure all information is correct.

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.

Organize and maintain customer and order documentation for easy tracking.

· Online Marketing Support

Participate in online marketing activities such as social media promotion and website updates.

Assist in drafting and publishing marketing content, collecting market feedback and suggesting improvements.

Respond to online customer inquiries to increase brand exposure and engagement.

· Internal Sales Support

Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales data.

Provide support for customer events, promotional campaigns and internal meetings.

Undertake other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

· College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.

· Previous experience in customer service, client account management or tele-sales preferred.

Skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

· Strong communication and customer service skills; able to resolve customer issues independently.

· Basic knowledge of online marketing and social media operations is an advantage.

· Strong service mindset, proactive and outgoing personality; skilled at building customer relationships.

· Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure.

·Team player with strong learning ability; willing to grow in the field of sales and customer management.
