Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Associate to support the growth of Next Health Diagnostics. The role is responsible for generating new clients, building strong community and corporate relationships, and helping establish the clinic's presence in the local healthcare market.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, relationship-building, and achieving sales targets within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new clients through direct selling, referrals, partnerships, and field activities.
  • Build relationships with potential referral sources such as doctors, clinics, corporate offices, and community groups.
  • Present and promote diagnostic services to individuals, groups, and organizations.
  • Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into bookings.
  • Represent the clinic during external activities such as wellness events or health fairs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates on client outreach activities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic services is an advantage.
