Opportunity Development & Revenue Growth
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including presentation, proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new client opportunities in strategic verticals (e.g., telco, fintech, logistics, retail).
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across BPO, shared services, and IT staffing solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, renewals, and account expansions.
Conduct regular business reviews and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and solutions teams to tailor pitches and develop strategic proposals.
Feed market insights into product and service innovation discussions.
Internal Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Solutions, Delivery, HR, and Legal to ensure seamless handover and onboarding of new clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
