Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless communication. This role is responsible for coordinating reservations, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and assisting in administrative tasks to enhance guest satisfaction and promote the gastrolounge's services.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Guest Relations
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression of the gastrolounge.
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Handle check-in/check-out of guests for private dining or events.
- Maintain a professional and hospitable front desk environment.
Sales & Coordination
- Assist in coordinating group bookings, private events, and corporate reservations.
- Support sales initiatives by providing information on promotions, packages, and offerings.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and confirmations for events.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, partners, and prospects.
Administrative Support
- Manage schedules for events, meetings, and reservations.
- Prepare basic sales and reservation reports for management.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries directed to the sales team.
- Ensure proper filing of sales and client-related documents.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with the operations team (kitchen, bar, service staff) to ensure guest requirements are communicated accurately.
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and guest engagement activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding guest experiences and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, sales coordinator, or guest relations officer in hospitality or F&B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
