Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: Php 47,000+
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM PST (Oakland, CA time)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and will depend on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Research and compile target lists across manufacturing, tech, construction, and other sectors.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Listkit, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to uncover decision-makers.
- Engage in niche social spaces—LinkedIn groups, industry forums, and X/Twitter threads—to identify buying signals.
- Personalize cold emails, call scripts, and LinkedIn messages to convert curiosity into booked discovery calls.
- Log and track every touchpoint in the CRM (HubSpot) with complete follow-up details.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' marketing goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare proposals that align with client pain points.
- Monitor trends in video marketing, creative services, and AI-driven production workflows to inform outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or agency new-business roles (preferably in founder-led environments)
- Proven ability to hit or exceed activity KPIs with high-quality personalization
- Expertise in email sequencing, cold-calling, and LinkedIn social selling
- Proficiency with CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI prospecting tools
- Creative, independent, and organized self-starter who thrives remotely
- Excellent communication skills—concise, persuasive writing and confident speaking
- Nice to have: Experience selling video production, creative services, or marketing solutions
