Overview

Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 55,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and identify potential clients in the restaurant and retail sectors daily.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to gauge interest in digital signage solutions.
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs for display technology and content services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Research and build targeted prospect databases using various lead generation tools.
  • Follow up systematically on initial contacts and nurture prospect relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular pipeline reports.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with outbound calling and B2B lead qualification.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects in initial conversations.
  • Understanding of sales processes and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently toward daily and monthly targets.
  • Interest in technology solutions and helping businesses grow through innovation.
  • Experience in restaurant or retail industry outreach preferred but not required.
