About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who can boost the visibility and sales of our beauty soap products. You'll handle both online and offline marketing — from social media campaigns to bazaar promotions and reseller programs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase product sales
  • Manage social media content, campaigns, and paid ads
  • Coordinate promos, influencer collaborations, and events
  • Monitor marketing performance and sales results
  • Identify new markets, resellers, and strategic partnerships
  • Maintain regular communication with management and be ready to respond to urgent marketing needs or updates

Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing or brand management (preferably in beauty, skincare, or retail industry)
  • Knowledge in social media marketing, content creation, and sales analytics
  • Creative, driven, and goal-oriented
  • Can work independently under minimal supervision
  • WFH setup but must be reachable and responsive
  • Willing to go onsite when needed

Compensation
  • Commission: 3% of sales beyond ₱100,000/month
  • Bonus: ₱500/reseller onboarded or ₱3,000 if sales ↑10%
  • WFH setup: must be reachable & ready to go onsite when needed
