Job Description

As a Technical Sales Representative - Japanese, you'll drive strategic sales growth by building relationships with key partner accounts, leading collaborative planning processes, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements-all while championing world-class Wi-Fi solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle sales experience (outreach, quoting, closing)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (specifically Salesloft and Salesforce)
  • Previous sales experience with accurate forecasting ability
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Collaborative team player able to thrive in team-oriented environments

Your Daily Tasks

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate company resources, including support, service, and management teams, to meet partner objectives and expectations
  • Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs proactively and consistently
  • Sell to end-users through partner organizations, coordinating closely with partner sales resources
  • Manage channel conflicts by fostering clear internal and external communication and strictly adhering to channel engagement guidelines
  • Lead solution development efforts addressing end-user requirements by coordinating relevant company and partner personnel
  • Ensure partner compliance with established partnership agreements
  • Drive the adoption of company programs among assigned partners
