Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with potential customers through calls and emails, identify qualified leads, and support account managers in growing key relationships. This role combines communication, strategy, and technology to help build pipelines and drive revenue in the ever-evolving IT industry.

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- IT industry knowledge or B2B experience preferred but not required.
- Interest in technology and eagerness to stay updated on emerging trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and email management.
- Experience using CRM tools; MS Dynamics 365 preferred but not required.
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and dedication to excellence.
Your Daily Tasks
- Interact with customers primarily by phone to identify active leads for account managers.
- Make 100 daily dials and manage a pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Communicate effectively between prospects, management, and account managers.
- Provide an overview of contracts and purchasing cooperatives available to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting the company's message and generating interest among potential clients.
