The HR Recruitment – Recruitment is responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the recruitment process. The role helps ensure smooth coordination in sourcing, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding of new hires.
- Post job openings on various platforms (online job boards, social media, internal referrals).
- Screen applications and forward qualified candidates to the HR Officer/Supervisor.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and exams, if required.
- Monitor and update the recruitment tracker or applicant database.
- Follow up on pre-employment requirements and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Help organize recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and mass hiring events.
- Prepare recruitment forms, interview notes, and hiring documents.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course.
- With experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and keen to details.
- Can handle confidential information properly.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and flexible with tasks assigned.
