The HR Recruitment – Recruitment is responsible for providing administrative and operational support in the recruitment process. The role helps ensure smooth coordination in sourcing, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Post job openings on various platforms (online job boards, social media, internal referrals).
  • Screen applications and forward qualified candidates to the HR Officer/Supervisor.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and exams, if required.
  • Monitor and update the recruitment tracker or applicant database.
  • Follow up on pre-employment requirements and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Help organize recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and mass hiring events.
  • Prepare recruitment forms, interview notes, and hiring documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related course.
  • With experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and keen to details.
  • Can handle confidential information properly.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and flexible with tasks assigned.
