  • HR OFFICER – JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibilities:

*

  • Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and other disciplinary documents.

*

  • Monitor and validate daily employee attendance.

*

  • Assist in the preparation of payroll, including government remittances and alphalist (experience in this area is a strong advantage).

*

  • Monitor and maintain SL/VL records and leave balances.

*

  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate scheduling, and manage the full recruitment and hiring process.

*

  • Handle employee concerns and provide basic support to Accounitng specialist

*

  • Monitor and manage drivers' schedules.

*

  • Maintain organized HR files, records, and other documentation.

*

  • Qualifications:

*

  • Graduate of any Business-related course.

*

  • At least 2 years of HR experience.

*

  • Knowledgeable in attendance monitoring and basic labor procedures.

*

  • Experience in payroll preparation and government reporting is an advantage.

*

  • Good communication skills and ability to handle different types of employees.

*

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Able to handle stress and can adapt to any work environment and culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
