HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead and oversee the operations of our new branch office. The ideal candidate is someone with strong experience in manpower services, end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes — with the ability to take initiative and lead a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch HR operations and act as the point person for manpower deployment.
• Lead recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and coordination with clients and deployed workers.
• Assist in branch compliance, permits, and overall HR administration.
• Build relationships with clients and potential partners to generate leads and new accounts.
• Handle employee engagement and performance monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and manpower regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR within a manpower or staffing agency.
• Knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, and labor compliance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills — able to manage branch operations independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in our new branch office and help in its establishment and growth.
