Your Mission:

To serve as the operational right hand to the CEO, acting as the bridge between his vision and its real-world execution. You will be the central nervous system of our operations, ensuring every client—both our male clients and our female members—feels valued, understood, and supported from their first click to their final event.

What You'll Do:

Strategic & Executive Support (The Co-Pilot)

  • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO. Manage his calendar, priorities, and communications to free him up for high-level strategy and business development.

  • Debrief the CEO daily on critical items needing his input. You are his filter and his amplifier.

  • Conduct research on everything from legal compliance (RA to luxury venue options, synthesising information for strategic decision-making.

Client & Member Liaison

  • Onboard Male Clients: Guide them through the process with professionalism and discretion, handling initial inquiries and ensuring a seamless journey from interest to tour booking.

  • Onboard Female Members: Be the first point of contact for our female members. Manage the application and vetting coordination process with empathy and respect, upholding our commitment to their safety and our legal integrity.

  • Be the Voice of Our Company: Manage all incoming communication across email and social media, representing our brand's values of trust, luxury, and genuine connection.

Operations & Documentation (The Architect)

  • Create, organise, and maintain all company documents—from client welcome packs and tour itineraries to internal process checklists.

  • Help build our operational playbook from the ground up. Your ability to create order from chaos is critical.

Event Management Execution (The Producer)

  • Eventually, you will be the on-the-ground point person for our tours. This involves coordinating with vendors, managing schedules, ensuring the well-being of clients and members, and handling any issues that arise with grace and efficiency.

  • Assist in planning and executing the intricate logistics of our multi-day events, from social mixers to gala dinners.

  • Willing and able to travel all over the Philippines at short notice

  • "We have a new client from Texas who has questions about the vetting process for our ladies. Please draft a clear, reassuring email that explains our 4-Pillar Verification system."

  • "I need to create a welcome package for our Silver Tour clients. Please design a PDF that includes the itinerary, what to pack, and cultural tips. Use Canva."

  • "Research 5 potential 5-star hotel partners in Cebu for our Gold Tour and prepare a comparison of their ballrooms, catering, and group rates."

  • "Our event is in two weeks. Please coordinate with the 15 confirmed ladies, ensuring they have their transport details and answering any last-minute questions."

  • "A client is concerned about the legalities of our service. Please help me draft a response that confidently outlines our compliance with RA 10906 and IMBRA."

Who You Are (Our Dream Candidate):

Hard Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support, operations, or high-end customer service role. Ultra Special fresh Graduates will be considered.

  • Impeccable written and spoken English. You can draft a professional email and calm a concerned client with equal skill.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and Asana (or similar project management tools).

  • A quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet.
