What You'll Do:

As a key part of our Personal Injury Litigation team, you'll support attorneys through every stage of the litigation process. From drafting pleadings to interpreting for Spanish-speaking clients, your role will be critical in driving cases forward efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and discovery
  • Track court deadlines, manage litigation calendars, and ensure compliance
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Provide Spanish-English translation and interpretation for clients and documents
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, case strategy, and research

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in Personal Injury law
  • Fluent in Spanish and English – both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, calendaring, and court filings
  • Proficiency with Filevine case management software (required)
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Must be available for night shifts and ready to start immediately
