Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth, explore new markets, and establish and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, market insight, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should be capable of formulating and executing effective business development strategies in a fast-changing market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

· Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify potential market opportunities and threats.

· Regularly submit market analysis reports to provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making.

New Client Development and Market Expansion

· Develop and execute market expansion plans to acquire new clients and establish long-term partnerships.

· Proactively identify potential clients through visits, phone calls, emails, social media, industry exhibitions, and other channels.

· Create personalized business development strategies for different customer segments.

Customer Relationship Management

· Maintain existing client relationships, communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, and provide solutions.

· Address client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance loyalty.

· Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely responses to client needs.

Sales Target Achievement

· Set and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

· Track sales progress, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies promptly to ensure target attainment.

· Participate in contract negotiations to ensure terms align with company interests.

Cross-Department Collaboration

· Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical departments to ensure business development plans align with the company's overall strategy.

· Participate in product development or improvement discussions, providing customer needs and market feedback.

Strategic Planning and Execution

· Assist in formulating the company's business development strategy and propose innovative growth initiatives.

· Drive the implementation of strategies to ensure effective execution of business development plans.

Team Management and Training

· Lead and motivate the business development team to ensure efficient goal achievement.

· Provide training and guidance to new employees to help them integrate quickly and enhance their business capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, management, or related fields preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, with industry experience preferred.

Core Skills

· Excellent market analysis and business insight, with the ability to quickly identify market opportunities.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build trust with clients.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP systems.

Personal Attributes

· Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

· Strategic thinking and innovative mindset to propose and drive new business growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
