About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project-Based Virtual Assistant to support the setup and delivery of an online learning program. The project involves transferring course content, organizing materials, and building out modules within a digital course platform.

This role requires strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to think critically rather than rely solely on AI-generated outputs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and effective at working independently.


Key Responsibilities
Course Setup & Content Transfer
  • Transcribe presentations and videos into written lesson modules.
  • Upload and organize lessons inside the course platform.
  • Ensure brand consistency across course materials and pages.
  • Set up automated email flows and course sequences.

Project Support

  • Use Trello and Notion for task management and content organization.
  • Assist with course platform formatting, branding, and structural setup.
  • Perform quality checks on modules, links, assets, and emails.

General Administrative Support

  • Complete various detailed tasks required to prepare the course for launch.
  • Provide timely progress updates and clarify requirements when needed.
  • Work proactively with minimal supervision.
Requirements

Experience using Trello
Experience using Notion
Familiarity with online course platforms (e.g., Circle) — training provided
Strong English transcription & writing skills
High attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to think independently and not rely solely on AI tools
Proactive, with the ability to work efficiently and maintain pace
