Job Title: ERP Accounting Trainee Support

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
ERP Finance/Accounting Trainee
to join our team and support ERP project implementations and pre-sales activities. This position is ideal for fresh accounting graduates who are eager to explore how ERP systems enhance financial processes and business efficiency. You will assist in analyzing accounting workflows, supporting ERP configuration, and contributing to project documentation and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing and improving accounting workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the gathering and documentation of ERP requirements related to finance and accounting functions.
  • Help configure and test ERP accounting modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Reporting.
  • Maintain organized documentation and assist in preparing user guides for finance-related ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with project teams during ERP implementation and client support activities.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities by helping prepare ERP demos focused on accounting features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting concepts such as AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge or exposure to any ERP or accounting software (e.g., Infor LN, SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus but not required.
  • Good analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in ERP systems, particularly

  • Open to travel locally or internationally based on project needs (travel expenses covered by the company).
