The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial health by handling accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Ensures proper use of funds, cost efficiency, and accurate financial records to support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations.
  • Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger).
  • Maintain strong internal controls and policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners.
  • Lead and guide the finance and accounting team.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related course (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, with leadership role.
  • Experience in FINANCIAL ANALYSIS is a plus.
  • Knowledge in financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
