Job Summary:

for enhanced financial insights and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Manage and optimize financial processes using
    Xero and MYOB
    systems.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and performance analysis to guide senior leadership in decision-making.
  • Challenge existing commercial practices and recommend improvements to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Implement modern finance practices and adapt to evolving business models.
  • Utilize
    AI tools and automation
    to improve financial reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior finance team members where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive professional experience in finance management with
    senior-level exposure
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Xero and MYOB
    with demonstrated hands-on expertise.
  • Strong background in accounting, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to challenge, advise, and influence on commercial and strategic performance.
  • Familiarity with

    and willingness to adopt modern finance practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to diverse business models and fast-paced environments.
