Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related degrees.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledgeable in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Taxation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills.
  • High flexible and willing to take on other tasks, as needed.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Marikina City.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting Team such as but not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, taxation, treasury and credit & collection.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine taxation requirements including, but not limited to: VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, Alphalist and Annual Income Tax Return.
  • Prepare and file all required BIR returns and submissions.
  • Coordinate BIR audits, reconciliations, and ensure proper documentation and archiving for tax records.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of BIR regulations, tax amendments, and advise management on compliance risks or changes.
  • Ensure on time month-end and year-end closing of books and produce financial reports and other government agencies' reportorial requirements and ready for external audit.
  • Evaluates existing processes and provides suggestions to improve accounting methods, policies and principles.
  • In charge of preparation of annual budgets and the updating thereof, in case of changes in assumptions as well as tracking of business and financial metrics.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
  • Monitor project financials and report to management any recommendations to ensure healthy financial performance.
  • Manage other/special/ ad-hoc/ projects/ duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
