Be part of the new inhouse call center established in the Philippines We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall financial management including Financial Accounting,  Tax and compliance, Treasury, Expense management & Reporting to the group finance department in overseas
  • Manage daily communication and relationship with Local tax authority, Banks & other suppliers regarding financial matters
  • Handle daily petty cash and online bank payment.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all payment records and prepare relevant accounting entries accounts in the system.
  • Prepare cashflow reports and ensure proper fund management.
  • Prepare vouchers for payment orders, other A/P orders, receipt orders, other A/R orders, receipt refund orders, payment refund orders, bank transfer orders, and foreign exchange purchase orders in the ERP cashier management system.
  • Adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other clerical works and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 Years professional experiences in similar positions
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field is required, with relevant certification such as CFA or CPA
  • Professional Requirements: Accounting, Finance, Commerce
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance principles, accounting laws, industry best practices, and regulatory frameworks is crucial for maintaining compliance.

Work location: 10th Floor | Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3 | Mandaluyong City

Work setup: Daily onsite schedule

Shift: Morning - 9:00AM - 6:00PM
