The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily activities of the Finance Team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company's strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the Finance Team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the company, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Prepare and review current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth, including budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and other regulatory reports.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of all accounting procedures and financial systems used within the company.
  • Lead the assessment and analysis of long-term financial trends and provide strategic recommendations for growth in income and investment.
  • Review financial reports and analyze projections of sales and income against actual results to support better business planning.
  • Ensure individual and team KPIs are met and performance is tracked effectively.
  • Foster a high-performing finance team through training, development, and mentorship.
  • Drive maximum profitability and sustainable financial growth in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial and legal requirements, including all statutory obligations.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of finance team members in line with company standards.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the timely preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Develop strategic financial plans and initiatives to support the company's overall objectives.
  • Set individual action plans and performance targets for all finance team members.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial data.
  • Delegate responsibilities within the team while maintaining accountability through regular review and support.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and a strong work ethic.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with internal and external audit standards.
  • Monitor and control expenses in line with approved budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with all departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure a unified approach to business and financial management.
