-Full-Process Accounting for Steel Production: Responsible for accounting of steel smelting, rolling, and finished product sales, including recording raw material procurement, allocating production energy costs, and processing finished product warehousing/shipment accounts; verify the compliance of procurement and sales invoices, ensure consistency between accounts and business documents, and complete general ledger closing monthly.

-Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and notes) in accordance with Enterprise Accounting Standards and steel industry accounting norms; organize statement preparation basis (e.g., aging analysis report, inventory count report), ensure accurate data and clear articulation, and cooperate with accounting supervisor to complete statement review and external submission.

-Responsible for daily tax accounting of VAT, corporate income tax, resource tax, etc. for the steel plant, including input tax certification, output tax accrual, and tax and surcharge accounting; complete monthly/quarterly/annual tax declaration on time (including return filling and tax payment), organize tax files (e.g., tax vouchers, filing materials); track changes in steel industry tax policies (e.g., environmental tax reduction, resource utilization tax rebate), and assist in tax preferential filing.

-Responsible for accounting management of steel plant fixed assets (blast furnaces, rolling mills, transportation equipment, etc.), including asset recording, depreciation accrual, disposal write-off, and regularly cooperate with asset management department for asset count to ensure consistency between accounts and physical assets; calculate inventory (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished products) costs, complete inventory supervision monthly, analyze inventory impairment risks, and accrue inventory write-down provisions (e.g., unsold steel).

-Implement steel plant accounting internal control processes (e.g., expense reimbursement review, payment document verification), identify accounting processing risks (e.g., non-compliant invoices, incorrect cost allocation); organize and file accounting vouchers, books, and statements in accordance with accounting file management regulations (retention period meets national requirements); cooperate with external audits (accounting firms) and tax inspections for account verification, and provide required accounting materials.
