Recruitment Specialist at Frontline Accounting (Diane Pendle) We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Accountant to support our Australian client. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment. You will maintain regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance, and other functions. You will be proactive, client‑focused, and build strong, effective relationships with the team. Duties and Responsibilities: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Assist with the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies. Prepare and verify financial statements, ledgers and accounts, and make corrections where appropriate. Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. Document management: request, receive, organize and maintain company documentation. Perform other job‑related functions as required by management. Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general accounting or a related role. Australian accounting/bookkeeping experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in Xero is a must (Xero Certification is an advantage). Experience in a BPO setting is ideal. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and grow with the business. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Stable internet connection for a hybrid arrangement (the designated remote work area must be a private room, separate from shared spaces used by other household members). Prime office location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Quezon City. Exposure to Australian business practices and accounting processes. Training and professional development opportunities.
