The Accounting Officer – AP/AR is responsible for managing and monitoring all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the organization through accurate processing, recording, and reconciliation of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting, with specific exposure to AP and AR processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • With CPA License is a plus
