Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines SPS ACCOUNTING SERVICES Full time ₱300,000 - ₱450,000 per year

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Bookkeeps and records transactions to Company's accounting software.

  2. Prepares and assists accounting associates with business registration, payroll processing, bookkeeping and tax compliances.

  3. Ensure that all tax-related computations and submissions have proper supporting computations and documents and are properly and timely filed.

  4. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with clients, supervisors and other members of the Firm.

  5. Performs other ad hoc tasks.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of B.S. Accountancy and Finance-Related Course (CPA is an advantage). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  2. Experience in using Accounting Softwares (SAP, QuickBooks and Xero) is a plus.

  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  4. Can work with minimum supervision.

  5. Has the ability to deliver quality work at a specified deadline, as well as remain flexible to changing priorities.

  6. Detail oriented with a strong level of accuracy in aspects such as reporting and communications.

  7. Must be able to think independently and effectively communicate and present ideas to others (e.g. supervisors, clients and colleagues)
