Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures timely completion of required headcount and provides regular updates on recruitment progress, this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. They also focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations

  • Handle recruitment accounts and manage the end-to-end hiring process from Interviews to Onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of the required headcount
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Compliance of Admin Deliverables

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all required recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer letters, onboarding materials, pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies related to recruitment
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in recruitment software and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
