Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help attract, identify, and acquire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences

  • Manage job postings and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
