Talent Acquisition Coordinator
and play a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding operations for our US-based stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end onboarding processes, managing documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. You will work closely with HR, recruitment teams, and US-based employees to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the complete onboarding process for new hires.
  • Verify, collect, and archive employment forms and compliance documents.
  • Serve as the primary contact for onboarding-related inquiries from US-based employees.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Provide administrative support for HR and Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience working with US clients or knowledge of US employment processes is an advantage.
  • Background in RPO or BPO recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with US stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and follow-through skills.
  • Willing to work night shift and support US time zones.
