Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our packaging brokerage business, which provides packaging solutions to consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands in the U.S. The ideal candidate is proactive, excellent in communication, and comfortable with outbound outreach. Experience in packaging or manufacturing sales is highly preferred.

This role involves lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and setting up templated campaign sends to help our sales team expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify CPG brands and key contacts who may require packaging solutions.
  • Build and maintain organized lead lists using CRM tools and approved platforms.
  • Qualify prospects based on our ideal customer profile and packaging requirements.
Outbound Cold Outreach
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.–based prospects, introduce our packaging brokerage services, and generate interest.
  • Execute cold email outreach sequences with accuracy and consistency.
  • Set appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Document all interactions and notes in the CRM.
Email Campaign Setup & Execution
  • Prepare, schedule, and send templated email campaigns using email automation tools.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly formatted, error-free, and sent on time.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions.
Pipeline & Reporting
  • Maintain clean, complete, and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports as needed.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and targeting.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR, in lead generation, or in outbound sales (PH-based experience welcome).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable making outbound cold calls to U.S. prospects.
  • Experience in packaging or manufacturing sales is a strong advantage.
  • NetSuite experience is ideal; at minimum should have Salesforce experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email outreach tools is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows.
  • Stable home office setup with reliable internet connection.
