SimpleMenu is a fast-growing online food ordering startup originally based in the United States, now expanding into the Philippines. We help restaurants grow by giving them an easy, modern platform to accept online orders directly, increase their sales, and build stronger relationships with their customers.

We're on a mission to bring SimpleMenu to restaurants across the Philippines — and we're looking for driven, energetic, and fun people to help make that happen.

The Role

We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives who will be on the ground visiting restaurants, building relationships with owners, and signing them up for SimpleMenu. If you love talking to people, closing deals, and being part of an exciting startup journey, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go door-to-door to restaurants, introduce SimpleMenu, and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
  • Pitch and demo how SimpleMenu works to owners and managers in a clear, engaging way.
  • Sign up restaurants on the spot and help them through the onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback from restaurant partners to help us improve our services.
  • Represent the SimpleMenu brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Report progress and share insights with the sales team regularly.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience (especially door-to-door or field sales) is a strong advantage, but a great attitude and confidence are just as important.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling and building relationships with business owners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to grow in a startup environment.
  • Based in the Philippines and willing to travel locally to visit restaurants.
  • Familiarity with food delivery platforms or the restaurant industry is a plus.
