We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Associate who excels at building strong partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and identifying new growth opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with major brands and influencers, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with large brands and KOL influencers
- Support the end-to-end business development process — from lead generation to deal coordination
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and revenue opportunities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing decks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful campaigns
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
- Experience or network dealing with major brands or enterprise-level clients is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in Online Casino, Digital Entertainment, or related industries is a plus
