Qualifications & Experience
At least Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Management or another related field.
Good computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office)
- High motivation and ability to perform tasks without supervision
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to start as soon as possible
General Responsibilities
- Check the list of requirements of new trainee using the Requirements Checklist
- Ensuring all trainee have fully signed the documents and oriented basic company policies below before deployment
- Preparation and issuance of Trainee, Probationary and Regular ID
- Creation/Filling and ensure the completeness of 201 File
- Preparation of CBS Endorsement Letter
- Monitoring and issuance of Trainees, Probationary and Regular Contract
- Preparation of Attendance Summary of workers needed for evaluation.
- Preparation and issuance of Notice of Personnel Action (NOPA), Discontinuation of Probationary Contract tracking of separated worker's clearance, Quitclaim and 13 month request
- Organizing semi-annual physical examination of all employees and application of Health Card to City Health Office
- Submit List of Separated Workers that includes Resigned, Discontinued Probationary Contract & AWOL report to HRDD Assistant II every Monday and Month-End
- Preparation and issuance of memorandums for holiday schedule, panel interview schedule, semi-annual physical examination
- Conduct random checks of employees' lockers and issue incident reports to violators of locker usage guidelines.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the HRDD Manager within the scope of the Human Resource and Development Department.
