Your Role as HR Specialist:

You will be the heart of our hiring process, responsible for attracting and onboarding exceptional talent who share our vision of empowering MSMEs. You will:

  • Monitor and post job vacancies on platforms.
  • Coordinate with headhunters and screen resumes with care and precision.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates are a perfect fit for our culture and roles.
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding for new hires, guiding them through orientation and helping them start strong.
  • Attend job fairs and represent BOF's commitment to community growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Preferably a Psychology graduate with at least 2 years of experience in HR, especially recruitment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with various recruitment platforms and assessment tools.
  • Someone who embodies our CARING values and is eager to contribute to the growth of both BOF and the communities we serve.
