We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations & Systems Associate to help scale a growing environmental health and home assessment business.

This role blends operations execution, data analysis, and workflow optimization. You'll be responsible for transforming raw data into professional client reports, while continuously improving internal systems, templates, and processes using automation and AI tools.

We're looking for a self-starter who can master existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions as the business expands.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecution (Initial Focus)

  • Report Production: Convert home and environmental assessment data (e.g., air, water, EMF readings) into well-structured client reports using established templates.
  • Data Processing & Analysis: Compile and analyze multi-source data in spreadsheets; generate summaries and visualizations for reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and deliverables.
  • Operational Support: Handle scheduling, lead tracking, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of processes and update workflow documentation regularly.

Optimization (After 3–6 Months)

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in reporting and data workflows; propose and implement solutions.
  • Automation & AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline data processing and template creation.
  • System Enhancement: Suggest improvements to spreadsheet-based analysis tools and report templates.
  • Personal Support (Optional): Provide light executive assistance or coordination support as needed.
