- Project coordination: Assist project managers by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
- Documentation management: Create, organize, and maintain all project-related documents, records, and databases.
- Communication hub: Act as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
- Budget and resource management: Assist with tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and monitoring resource allocation and inventory.
- Progress monitoring: Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and prepare reports and presentations for project managers.
- Office operations: Handle general office tasks like managing supplies, ordering, and coordinating with other departments.
- Policy and procedure support: Assist in creating and implementing administrative systems and ensuring adherence to company policies.

- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
