, you'll support our clients by ensuring invoices, reconciliations, and records are handled with accuracy and care, giving Property Managers and stakeholders peace of mind.

About The Role
The position is responsible for managing invoicing of property-related income and expenses, running audits to identify missing invoices, and processing tenant adjustments for move-ins and move-outs. The role also involves identifying and correcting accounting errors such as credits or arrears, while providing administrative support to the Senior Trust Accountant and Accounts Manager on various accounting and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Treat Internal and External customers with the highest level of respect and ensure professionalism is maintained in representing our partner.
- Professional Advice Ensure that only founded, professional advice is provided to external clients.
Reconciliation Assistance
- Complete Final Statement of Adjustments for outgoings tenants & Ingoing tenant Adjustments.
- Reconcile water/council/owners corporation when there is unusual arrears and credits, contacting Council/water board/owner corporation to transfer payments if needed.
- Reconciling water/council accounts, if required.
Invoicing & Assistance
- Invoicing Tenants & Landlords by instruction from Property Managers or Accounts Team
- Process Lost Managements
Operational
- Answering general accounts enquiries such as GST charges on outgoings.
Systems/Process
- Assist Accounts Manager and Senior Trust Accountant with issues, audits & procedures when required.
Requirements
What You'll Need To Succeed
- College level, with Finance-related qualifications preferred
- Over 1 year of experience in Trust Accounting or similar roles
- Real estate industry experience (must-have)
- Advanced understanding in processing payable & receivable invoices
- High attention to detail
- Quick response times
- High organisation & prioritising
