Hours: 10–20 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Operations & Project Coordinator to help keep our team organized, projects on track, and communication flowing. You'll work directly with the CEO and support a variety of day-to-day operations — from admin and project coordination to light bookkeeping and outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Organize receipts and track expenses
  • Handle scheduling, email coordination, and light travel planning
  • Manage simple contract templates and forms
  • Support project tracking and light team coordination
  • Help with social media updates and light outreach tasks
  • Assist in testing or administrative follow-ups when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong English and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Some experience in admin, project management, or operations
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Available for at least part of 13:00–21:00 PH hours
  • Excited to grow into a broader operations or management role
