Office Assistant

Cozier Furniture is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This role is central to our daily operations, with a primary focus on supporting our accounting department and ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Payment Processing: Accurately post daily customer payments and reconcile transactions within our system.
- Voucher Management: Prepare and request payment vouchers, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and approved.
- Accounting Support: Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and filing financial records.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general clerical duties including answering phones, managing office supplies, and organizing digital/physical files.
- Clerical Coordination: Ensure all paperwork related to sales and expenses is processed in a timely manner.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Open to Fresh Graduates A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general comfort level with computer software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling figures and data entry.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the team and vendors.
Work Schedule & Setup
- Location: Fully Onsite (Cozier Furniture Office)
- Schedule: Mondays through Saturdays
- Type: Full-time
