About the Role:

Office Beacon Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented
Insurance Back-Office Support Specialist
to assist with personal and commercial insurance workflows. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on insurance experience who can manage end-to-end processes, from quoting to policy servicing, while supporting new business and life insurance appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding calls and follow-ups to ensure clients complete e-signatures and application processes.
  • Support life insurance offerings, including mortgage protection, term and permanent products, and the new "Return of Premium" term product.
  • Assist with setting appointments for life insurance consultations using structured forms and processes.
  • Handle commercial insurance quotes and servicing tasks for clients.
  • Perform quoting and policy servicing tasks, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Support both personal and commercial insurance lines.
  • Work with AMS systems including
    APEX, Agency Zoom, and HawkSoft
    to manage client information and policy documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least
    1 year of hands-on insurance experience
    .
  • Knowledge of
    personal and/or commercial lines
    of insurance.
  • Exposure to
    quoting and servicing
    (both preferred).
  • Understanding of
    end-to-end insurance workflows
    —not purely data-entry focused.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
