JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keep tab of important company documents such as contracts, billings, drawings and other important documents and file them accordingly.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Project-In-Charge, and Department Heads regarding weekly and monthly reports, correspondence with customers, and other operations matter for documentation and filing purposes.
- Familiar with accounting process or has a finance work related experience
- Coordinate with project supervisors to gather and collate workers attendance, overtime and deductions in preparation for workers weekly payroll.
- Manage the entire pool of company worker making sure their admin needs are properly attended. Make sure all the workers have complete PPEs.
- Performs other job-related duties and functions as may assign by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College undergrad or graduate of any vocational course.
- At least one (1) year of admin assistant, accounting work or any related office position in the field of construction.
- Good communicator, problem-solver, and essential knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Residing near Angeles City and willing to work at the jobsite.
- Willing to work on rest day or holiday when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
