Qualifications & Skills

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails.
  • Handle office supply inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain a variety of departmental documents, correspondence, records, and files.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Provide assistance to department colleagues in response to workload demands.
  • Other related duties as may be assigned.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Assist executives and teams with daily tasks
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Handle inquiries and provide general information
  • Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements
  • Maintain databases and update records
  • Maintain digital records and online filing systems
