Qualifications & Skills
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails.
- Handle office supply inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare, process, and maintain a variety of departmental documents, correspondence, records, and files.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Provide assistance to department colleagues in response to workload demands.
- Other related duties as may be assigned.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist executives and teams with daily tasks
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Handle inquiries and provide general information
- Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements
- Maintain databases and update records
- Maintain digital records and online filing systems
