**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant

**Job Description:**

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operations of LexOmnes. This role involves handling office communications, document management, and logistical tasks while upholding company procedures and values. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate the receipt and delivery of parcels, manage the filing and cataloguing of important documents, and provide timely support to staff and clients. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the security of company premises, performing various administrative tasks, and promoting a professional and harmonious work environment in line with LexOmnes' culture and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive and ensure proper delivery of parcels to designated locations (Sunrise Condominium – previous office; Doña Aurora Subdivision – main office).

* Manage receiving, scanning, filing, cataloguing, and dissemination of all company and client documents.

* Provide requested documents promptly to staff and clients.

* Perform tasks in compliance with company procedures and standards.

* Ensure the safety and security of the company premises at all times.

* Support management and staff with additional administrative tasks as required.

* Stay updated with regulations relevant to administrative functions.

* Promote LexOmnes culture and values while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

* Contribute to a peaceful, respectful, and collaborative workplace environment.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

* At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Professional, service-oriented, and adaptable to the company's culture and values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
