Key responsibilities
- Visitor management: Greet guests, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; and manage general office correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for staff, and book conference rooms.
- Clerical support: Perform tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records and databases.
- Office maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and manage and order office supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
