RECEPTIONIST

We're looking for a receptionist who can create a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests and clients. As the first point of contact, you'll ensure smooth communication, organized operations, and an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome guests/customers with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
  • Update and maintain customer details accurately
  • Maintain and update monthly records
  • Perform cashiering tasks and have basic POS knowledge
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
  • Support administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and stay organized
  • Strong time management skills
  • With or without training—as long as you're willing to learn
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week in Makati City or Venice Canal, Taguig
