
Office Receptionist

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our building. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for visitors, tenants, and employees, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Answer and manage incoming calls via switchboard or phone system
- Support registration and access-related concerns for clients, tenants, and staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Guide visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
- Receive and log deliveries, notifying recipients promptly
- Maintain updated emergency contact and tenant directories
- Stay informed about house rules, building regulations, and emergency codes
- Act as a communication point during emergency situations
- Assist in crowd control and evacuation procedures when needed
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration or related courses
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, office management, or receptionist role. Experience in Hotel and/or Residential is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
