Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Indoor Simulation Golf facility. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle reservations, assist customers, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all players and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and walk-in customers using the scheduling system.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.
  • Provide information about simulation golf services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle cash, payments, and receipts accurately.
  • Coordinate with caddies, attendants, and management to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Assist in promoting events, tournaments, or membership programs.
  • Address and resolve basic customer concerns or escalate to management when needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; college level preferred.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, POS).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills (not required but an advantage):

  • Knowledge or interest in golf/sports.
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or recreation industry.
  • Sales or upselling skills.
