About the role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Polystar General Services' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our dynamic and expanding organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Managing the flow of people and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as taking messages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service and being the first point of contact for our clients
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of people
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
